Saturday Night Super Mega Duper Hardcore Fragilistic Combo Combohan!!

Last night's gig pretty much reminded me of our very 1st performance way back at 2003 in The Venue, located at EGI Taft Tower DLSU. We were invited by Rabido productions to perform in Freedom bar. Surprisingly the line-up of bands was kinda, uh hardcore/hardrock man. haha, it was a night full heavy distortions, low-tone bass notes, fast and heavy drum beats, headbanging, angst and hard shouting/screaming. According to carlo, the gig was a variety event, but to me it really sounded like a hardcore night. some bands pulled it off nicely especially the rap metal ones, but the others were trying hard too much. their renditions of korn's music sounded like pussy, hehehe. only two bands including us played alternative and sunday machine played the old school rock n roll, grunge for short. It was a good gig, we managed to take the crowd and jihan was the star of night... again and as usual! the boyz just love how she slides that G note towards the F. hahaha!

I invited moby, mara and steven to the gig, sapilitan pa! coz' gigs were really not their thing and they have no idea on what to expect. its there first time to attend an event like this, unfortunately it was a hardcore night! hahaha! so what's their reaction? well, mara covered her ears and steven's heart was beating hard... daw, haha. Moby displayed a different reaction, he claimed that di na raw virgin ang mga tenga nya, hahahaha! well, a big thanks to you guys, nagtiyaga kayo para sakin kahit di nyo gusto tugtugan namin, hehehe joke! thanks pa rin mga mehn! they actually found our music good, i was surprised that mara enjoyed the performance by this band, she found their choreography and headbanging quite amusing however she couldn't take the music itself. she also told me a while ago that shes game to watch our upcoming gigs, pero sana wag na daw hardcore kasama. well, thats kinda hard to avoid coz' hardcore is everywhere my friend.

btw, during the gig jihan was looking down from the 2nd floor. she saw a faggot dressed like a lady trying to pick up a dude for sexual pleasures.. they talked for a while, flirting with each other i guess. after a few minutes, they got a cab and were on their way to heaven! hahah! oh yeah! spadahan na to pare!!! hehehe! hardcore na hardcore!!
